This rental place was absolutely.... to put it nicely they were RUDE!!! I stood in line for 15 minutes and listened to them and snippy comments because an elderly man had issues with his card. Then proceeded to ignore me while I stood there with paper work in my hand yet he waited to even speak in my direction until my husband came in to see what was taking so long and he immediately starts speaking to my husband about the rental that wasn't even his rental.
