Worst service ever. I rented an electric vehicle (Tesla) thinking my hotel has overnight charging, so easy peasy. They failed to notify that they have an agreement with Tesla that we renters can only charge at Tesla locations, so hotel is out. On a busy work trip with 16 hour days and no time to spare (this the need for overnight charging), I must search out a Tesla station and wait. When I requested a vehicle trade, they simply stated, "you signed an agreement" to return the car with enough charge. In other words, face a fe... read more
