Came back to give another review. This company is an absolute disgrace. The pinnacle of the faceless, soulless, overly bureaucratic “companies” that have become increasingly common. We wasted an entire day of valuable beach vacation time because of abhorrent service and products. Two, that’s right TWO defective batteries in both the first rental and the replacement. Car was good to drive. Nathan at gulf blvd location was fantastic at customer service. I felt over charged because I was at pick up Location a little early & they never told me they would charge extra. He was able To resolve this for me and I appreciate him going above & beyond to help me. Even when I arrived I was at the wrong building. He took time to walk over & personally get me!!! Great customer service!!
