I can't say enough about the amazing service I received from Aaron and Taylan at the Kenai Budget rental office. While fishing on the Kenai River, I lost my car key. I immediately called the Kenai office, and Taylan answered. He wasted no time calling the Anchorage office to get a spare key fob sent out on the next flight. As getting a cab to the airport would have been expensive and time-consuming, I asked if it would be possible to have the key dropped off.
