This was such an easy and smooth experience. I had been using Turo for the past few years when I travel, which has been great for renting small, simple vehicles. I’m this case, we needed a minivan for a local rental because I had a lot of family in town visiting and we wanted to all fit together in one vehicle. Had a great experience with Budget! The gentleman with glasses helped me out and made sure I got a car that fit me comfortably (I’m tall, so that was a huge plus). Robin was super sweet and helped me extend my rental with no hassle at all. Really friendly crew overall—made the whole process easy. Would definitely rent here again.

I love this location because of them I started a business account with budget in 2019. Every time I go there everyone is professional. The cars are always clean and smelling good. And the manager is very helpful if i ever had any problems or issues

Do not go there! Bad service and weeks after returning car they charged card twice for unknown reason. First time using budget but not first time renting car. Reserving the car was fine and easy but picking up the car was terrible. The man helping was very rude and it was like pulling teeth to get our questions answered. The first car they gave us was terrible. Smelled of smoke, holes in seats, and broken radio buttons. Second car they gave us was good but we had to get a different employee to help as the original guy didn’t... read more
