Would not book with budget rental. Rented a car for a day, unfortunately got a flat tire around 11:30pm returning to the airport. They did not offer any bit of assistance, they also provided a vehicle without a spare tire. I proceeded to pay for a tow service, not back to the airport, but to an even farther location that they had requested all while trying to get back to the airport to make my flight. I was then charged 300$ a week later for a single tire. A one day rental turned into a 640$ experience!!! Terrible place
Great rental, got a Ram 1500, it's been through Alaska so don't expect much. It did exactly what we needed and the 4 Wheel drive worked great for what we needed.
The process was very easy and the staff was very nice. Only bar thing was thag the car was dirty (on the outside).
I had a terrible experience with Budget Car Rental. They gave me a car with a broken windshield right from the start, which was both unsafe and unacceptable. On top of that, they charged me an extremely high rental price compared to what was originally shown on Expedia. To make things worse, when I reported the issue, they asked me to exchange the car in Anchorage—forcing me to drive almost 350 miles just to swap vehicles.
