Whenever I am in need of a rental, I alway go through Budget/Avis in Hayden. They have never failed to accommodate my needs either on planned trips or spur of the moment rentals. Their customer service is tops and so are their vehicles!

Very happy with my experience renting from here. My flight was very delayed because of snowstorm in Hayden, and did not get in until after 11 PM, two hours after their advertised closing time. But they stay open until all of the flights arrive. I was also slow to get out of the airport because I had to deal with Southwest losing one of my bags. We were recently stranded at HDN with hundreds of other travelers due to dense fog that never lifted. The best option was to rent a vehicle and drive to DEN to catch a flight the next day. The Budget employees were amazing, especially the gentleman who appeared to be the supervisor that day (1/7/25). They worked tirelessly trying to find vehicles for us and others we spoke with, all without a huge markup (kudos to Budget as well). Highly recommend this counter at HDN!

Rented a car 2 months ahead of time for our trip to Steamboat. We arrived early and did have to wait " for the vehicle to be cleaned", which it was not. Was provided a Wrangler with bald tires and a death wobble . Was told they didn't have any other vehicles. Unfortunately we were forced to drive this vehicle that was unfit . Couldn't go over 45 mph without severe shaking. Promised a refund in full, yet Budget plays games and is only wanting to refund half.
