Cancelled my reservation on me. They claimed no cars available. Odd because I’m still able to book after the fact, just for double the price.

Update: The owner’s public responses suggest a willingness to resolve complaints, but after requesting contact by email, there is actually no follow-up. THIS LADY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Absolutely terrible experience at this location. The employee Bharthi was disgustingly unprofessional. I had pre-booked and prepaid for a rental, and upon arrival, I was told my reserved car wasn’t available—even though there were clearly multiple Budget vehicles on the lot. Had problems with my car and tried exchanging it that very day but they said there's no exchanges or refunds. I called Road side assistant and they said I had to drive to Burbank to exchange it. Problems with steering wheel, it kept pulling to the right and the car kept jumping. I never had a problem with Budget we couldn't resolve...... This is enough to end my my Business account with them. I hope it was worth it!

THIS LADY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Absolutely terrible experience at this location. The employee Bharthi was disgustingly unprofessional. Bad service. Check your vehicle thoroughly with a video at pick up and when you return it. We were blamed for a worn out windshield wiper she said we should have caught before driving off the lot and told us that our insurance would have to pay for it— we had to actually leave because she said there was nothing else she could do so we called budget roadside assistance to ask them how we could get it replaced and they kindly told us to go to the nearest O’Riley‘s Auto Parts and buy it, replace it and then get reimbursed via e... read more
