Absolutely the WORST!!!! Reserved a vehicle for vacation months in advance just for them to say when we got there the morning of they did not have a van and I would have to wait over an hour for one to be sent. So finally have our vehicle drove it 12 hrs and realize the tire needed to be replaced. Customer service said there were no cars in our area so we would have to purchase a tire and be reimbursed. Came to budget to get a rental that I reserved yesterday. I got here for my rental which was for 12pm and when I proceeded to walk through the door shortly after 12 the worker said to close the door to someone who was standing by it to not let me in. When the door was cracked he told me he couldn’t take me because it was too close to 1215 and I told him but it is not 1215 and I’m practically inside. I got here for my reservation at 12pm and I was refused service. The man told someone in the lobby to hold the door closed on me and would not serve me. I watched as he helped everyone that was in the lobby and rushed to pick up a few things and get out the door to leave as quick as possible. Horrible customer service!!

If I could give no stars I would the guy at the front desk is so beyond unprofessional and rude how is he still hired here??????? BAD FOR BUSINESS
