Horrible experiences renting from budget. I will never use them again and I recommend people to do the same. Scenario #1 we went to DC and the car died on me several times. Turned out to be the key fob. Only lost half a day of my vacation so hey according to budget it's ok. Scenario #2 I am currently stuck at a stop n go. Car died on me at the light won't turn back on. Would give zero star if possible. Totally screwed me over. I had paid and a confirmation number, upon arrival for my vehicle was told they had none left. They couldn’t care less and didn’t even try to help out. Do not go here , save yourself the aggravation.
Great customer service
Most horrible experience of my life.. hospitalized for almost a week .. loss of vision for 2 weeks in and out.. budget charged over 3,000.. this place is a joke.
Very unimpressed. Workers talked about people standing in line-very rude! The moving truck I was given should have been taken out of service LONG before I got it. It looked like a preschooler glued it together with Elmer’s glue. The back leaked when it rained and got most of my stuff wet. I felt fortunate to make it to my destination. When I emailed customer service, I was offered a 10% refund and asked to let the folks know where I was dropping it off of my issues so they could take it out of service.
