The staff at this location in Parksville BC are second to none . The two ladies and the guys are all five star employees . If i owned this business , all four of these nice people would get a big fat wage increase . Would defiantly want them to stick around for the long term . <{{{{<

We rented a cube van from Parksville Budget on April 29th and when we arrived to pick up the vehicle at 8:00 a.m. we were greeted by a less than friendly woman on the front desk. She spoke to us like we were an inconvenience to her morning and was very blunt. She was a little better by the end of the check-in process and okay when we brought the vehicle back the next day but is certainly not an experience I would hope she gives to all of the clients. overall the experience was a 4 star. the slow process for pickup/drop off doesn't meet Budget's 'fast break' membership objectives so allow at least 20-30 mins extra time when picking up a reserved vehicle.

Great experience at the Victoria airport where I picked up the car. As well as when I dropped it off in Parksville. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Friendly service. Car was nice and clean and perfect for our needs. A little disappointed we couldn't get a greener option such as hybrid or EV.
