Catherine absolutely the rudest person I have ever had to deal with she should be fired for yelling at customers and dealing with the public in that tone and manner it is totally unacceptable and I will never rent a vehicle from budget In parksville b.c I would rather be on foot then have to deal with that kinda service again wow just the worst customer service ever if I could rate her she would get a 0 for everything

Laura is fabulous! Had a bit of a headache situation and she worked hard to make it work for us. Really appreciated her friendliness and professionalism, especially when it was such a busy day at this Budget location. Highly recommend this spot!
