Nuestra experiencia con Budget Car Rental no fue la mejor. Tuvimos que cambiar de coche dos veces: el primero nos lo entregaron sucio y con fallo de motor, lo que hizo imposible usarlo. El segundo vehículo también estaba sucio, aunque al menos funcionaba correctamente. Un servicio que necesita mejorar, especialmente en la limpieza y revisión de los vehículos antes de entregarlos a los clientes.

We waited an hour to pick up the car. Staff talked so quietly we could barely understand. Car smelled like smoke.

Do not rent here if you can avoid it. I would give 0 stars if I could. The man at the desk told us there was no car available when we arrived at our scheduled pick up time. He noted that our confirmation email said a car isn’t guaranteed when reserved, which was false (we checked) and absurd for a car rental company. He was rude and unprofessional and his solution to the issue was for us to pay additional for a different car on the lot, which he later rescinded when we asked why we would have to pay more when the car we rese... read more

The owner is rude and very prejudice. we have been there multiple times and the owner always has an attitude. Will never do business with these people again.
