I went there having trouble with my rent a car from Miami Location wanting to exchange the car. They told me they got no cars. I left and told them if the car breaks down because of them I am not liable.

I rent regularly from this location. The cars are immaculate and the associates that work theire and the owner really care about the customers. Lastly the location couldn't be more convenient at a central point in Sunny Isles Beach., exiting onto Collins Ave.
Shantal is great, super friendly, super professional!
Rented both here and FLL. This Collin’s ave location is a far superior experience. Shantal even went above and beyond and saved my vacation!!
