This was my first time that I had rented a car that wasn't on Turo so I was very hesitant about how this was going to go but it was the easiest thing. The lady at the counter understood very well that I was kama'āina and wouldn't be in Hilo for that long. It was quick that she had something for me even if it was more than I needed she still helped me out and made sure I was good to go. The price was worth it and so was the car.

Worst service from budget at Hilo airport . Never experienced this at any other island. We came and stood in the line for 30 minutes and didn’t receive our car until an hour of waiting. We had a toddler with us and he was very uncomfortable waiting. It made start to our limited stay at Hilo unworthy. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re coming through a cruise.
