Do not rent from here. After dropping off my car, I get a text saying my rental car is overdue by 3 days… I dropped off my car on time, with an attendant. But, now they’re saying I never even dropped off the car….
Prepaid for a reservation. Showed up and was told Budget doesn't honor 24 hour reservations. While on the phone with customer service, a handwritten "Sold Out" sign was taped to the counter. Best customer service could do was credit the purchase within 3-5 days. Consider a decades-long relationship broken.
Best price, friendly staff, expedient check in and check out process. Clean new model Jeep in great condition was an upgrade. Convenient location in airport.
We were given a rental car that had threads showing on one tire and a completely bald 2nd tire. I was told by the repair shop I had to emergently take the car to in order to get a new tire, that the tire could have blow at any time. I then asked to speak with a manager at the local Asheville Budget Rental car office to report this safety issue that should have been discovered on a simple inspection prior to renting the car to us. Terrible Experience — Do Not Rent From This Company If I could give zero stars, I would. This company clearly does not clean, maintain, or mechanically inspect their vehicles before renting them out. The car I received was filthy inside and out, smelled terrible, and clearly hadn’t been serviced in a long time. My rental needed an alignment done about 50,000 miles before the day I picked it up.
