I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Do Not Rent a Car from Budget! I reserved car from Budget. There was no agent at the counter. Some people had been waiting for over 3 hours. I waited for 2 hours. No one could get an answer from Budget as to why and when an agent would be coming. The most unprofessional car rental agency I have ever encountered. You will be lucky if they actually have a car available for you, even if you have made a reservation in advance. Imagine landing late at night at Asheville airport, expecting to get your rental car so that you can be on your way only to be informed that there are no cars available and that they have no idea whether they will have a car for you tomorrow or the next day or never. I would not rent a car from this Budget location. Our flight was delayed from landing at 11 pm to landing at 11:50 pm. My husband rushed off the plane and made it to the reservation counter by 12:05 am only to find it to be closed. Several of the other car rental companies were still opening waiting for their customers who had also been delayed. I had a reservation made directly through Budget's official website with a confirmed total of $591.44. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and I arrived at the airport after midnight. Before my trip, I even called Budget to let them know about the delay. My flight information was also included with the reservation, so the rental center was aware that my flight had been delayed.
