I had a great experience picking up my rental car here (returned elsewhere)! I was very worried about complications before the 4th of July holiday weekend but I had a very smooth experience. I also prepaid for my rental, which I would recommend. The staff were very helpful despite it being busy!
Car was good but confusion on where I had to pickup the car. Airport representative was rude and unhelpful.
I am very disappointed with my rental experience. I was charged for an additional hour even though I returned the vehicle on time and refueled it before drop-off. At the time I returned the vehicle, I was not informed that any extra charge would be added or that there was an issue with the return time. My receipt also reflects that the fuel was returned full, yet I still ended up with an unexpected additional charge. Had reserved a car weeks in advance. Went to pick up the car at 8am per the contract. NO CARS Available. Missed my Daughter’s college graduation. STAY AWAY. No help whatsoever clown 🤡 show.
