The staff was great,they picked me up from the bodyshop, gave me a nice rental and let me know when my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup.
Kerri-Anne is one of the best customer service people I have ever experienced. The time she took and the clarity of her explanations about the process that she provided us was first class.
The staff are extremely helpful and courteous! Compared to competitors when you book a vehicle on line you can be assured it will be available when you get there, at least that’s my experience (I’ve rented from this location several times now, never a bad experience). Highly recommend. My one caution is don’t prepay when booking on line because if you need to modify/upgrade or change your reservation in any form you have to go through Budget’s automated service/bot system which is a nightmare!
