Excellent customer service and great selection of vehicles!
Went to drop my wife off. The lot is exceptionally small, im turning around in a full size pickup and the manager loses his mind over a hose i got close to, then proceeds to be a condescending pos, spouting off erroneous garbage about a high pressure wash hose laying over half the parking lot, maybe clean it up, retread. I guess they expect you to back into rush hour traffic. We only went here because that's what the body shop offered. Had a truck rental reservation at penticton budget, Westminster west location. Showed up to get it and asked for an extention. The gentleman working was incredibly rude repeatedly saying I need to book online and that he doesnt take orders in house. As he was shaming us and continually saying we should have booked online so he would just have to take the payment, he kept increasing the price.
