The front desk staff member was unprofessional, disorganized, and unnecessarily rude. She insisted that I provide an additional contact number on hold and threatened to deny the vehicle when I explained that I did not have another contact available for emergencies. Instead of clearly explaining the policy, she became defensive and rude. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended and a complete waste of time.
Very accommodating and pleasant people
Crackerjack outfit. Tell you 1/2 of what you need to know, change your coverage, charge you things that are not your charges, then get annoyed when you question them and make them fix it. And honestly, $12 extra per day to have winter tires on a rental vehicle in the winter is more than gouging, in my opinion. Winter tires are required to drive the highway between penticton and Okanagan Falls, but Budget tells you they are not. I won't be back.
