If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I will NEVER rent from here again. I will tell everyone to never rent from here! First, they didn’t even have the vehicle we rented. Then they tried telling us that they are charging us $450 for smoking in the vehicle when my husband and I have NEVER smoked. Better off spending a little more money to rent elsewhere!!!!! BEWARE!!
I rent from here a couple times a month. The staff are friendly and have addressed any concerns I've had. The cars aren't always as clean as the ones at big airports but I can park my car here for free and that's a big bonus.
Very rude
Filled gas tank before dropping it off. Budget reported the truck could still fit 4 gallons of gas. My debit card was charged about $40 for this.
