This place is awful. They don't thoroughly inspect the vehicles before renting them out and then want to charge the customer for roadside assistance for issues they didn't catch.

Horrible, just horrible. Lady at the counter was friendly. But Budget then tried to charge me $19 because they said I brought it back with less gas than I took it, which was incorrect as I had just put gas in at the Casey's across the street from the airport, and I put more in after the gas initially cut off. I called Budget and was given the run around twice, with two different people. If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I will NEVER rent from here again. I will tell everyone to never rent from here! First, they didn’t even have the vehicle we rented. Then they tried telling us that they are charging us $450 for smoking in the vehicle when my husband and I have NEVER smoked. Better off spending a little more money to rent elsewhere!!!!! BEWARE!!

I rent from here a couple times a month. The staff are friendly and have addressed any concerns I've had. The cars aren't always as clean as the ones at big airports but I can park my car here for free and that's a big bonus.
