I recently booked a rental with Budget at Victoria International Airport through WestJet and got a very decent price deal. The service was smooth, the staff were friendly and professional, and the car was clean and reliable. Everything went exactly as expected, making the whole experience easy and stress‑free. I would definitely recommend this Budget location for anyone flying in or out of YYJ.
I rented my car here when I was on vacation in Victoria. I got my compact car for a great price. I was given a new Nissan Versa, which was very basic (I didn't know they still made cars this simple), but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, the rental process was pretty good. This kiosk was busy while the others had only 2 or 3 clients. Car was ready, clean exactly what we expected
i had a fantastic experience with Budget, located in the airport with their lot just right outside. when i checked in their system was down but the friendly clerk didn’t let that affect my reservation and i greatly appreciated that. car was great, clean, and in good condition. drop off was also a breeze and you can walk right into the airport, i would gladly use budget here again
