Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. There are a number of issues. Use your “choices” the staff at this location doesn’t appreciate your business. It comes across in the their attitude, customer service and appreciation is non existent. They are borderline rude, condescending and disrespectful. Horrible experience. Remember you e been warned.

THIS BUDGET CAR RENTAL BRANCH IN LITHONIA NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! THE STAFF THERE ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND A BAD REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE NO CUSTOMER EVER COMES BACK TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! THEY LACK COMMON DECENCY AND SIMPLE COURTESY IT TAKES TO DO THE JOB.
