Waited most 3 hours for a vehicle that was ridiculous
THIS BUDGET CAR RENTAL BRANCH IN LITHONIA NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! THE STAFF THERE ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND A BAD REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE NO CUSTOMER EVER COMES BACK TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! THEY LACK COMMON DECENCY AND SIMPLE COURTESY IT TAKES TO DO THE JOB.
If I could give this place a negative score, i would. The entire customer service team at this location should be retrained or replaced. Preferably the latter. Horrible experience, never again will I use this location. Truly ridiculous customer service.
