If I could give half a star, I would. I arrived late, thats on me. The lack of communication is unbelievable. The clerk mentioned the pick up time and continued to process my rental. All the while saying typing and taking my information. She never once told me that she couldn't help me or that I missed out. 30 minutes later still lollygagging and the store is about to close. I rented a car from here about 3 days ahead of time to be picked up on Friday. Friday morning comes and they call and tell me that they don’t have a car for me and they’d have to wait and “hope” a car is returned back today because otherwise they won’t have one for me. They then said they’d give me a call back later in the day to let me know.
