I’d give them half a star. We booked a rental A MONTH in advance. The day of, they called us at 10 o’clock stating we need to get there immediately before the car was taken up by someone else. (We were told to come at 12 in the afternoon mind you. We live an hour away.) We were offered a luxury vehicle, but the cost would be $400 more than the original agreed and quoted price. Needless to say, we didn’t get a vehicle. Very disappointed, very upset, and would not recommend to anyone else.

If you are a person of color, DO NOT rent from this location. They made up a story saying my major credit card had “invalid card info” so they didn’t have to rent to me. If I could give this location zero stars I would. They were very unprofessional, and I do not recommend giving them your business.

They refused to let me rent a car without 2 different credit cards. I'm needing to get to Florida for a funeral.

Vehicle was great, rental process was fine. My issue was after returning the vehicle. I got a letter telling me that I was going to be charged $450 for a "cleaning fee". Now, I had the vehicle from Thursday until Monday. It was dirty on the outside from driving out of state (bugs) but I took it and hand washed and vacuumed out the inside on the way to drop it off. Don't ruin your trip here! Booked a rental to be picked up only to find out they didn't have the vehicle and wouldn't. They did offer me to drive an hour to pick it up elsewhere. No I'm left to find a vehicle in 12 hours on a Sunday. You suck budget!
