HEALTH SAFETY RISK! When I arrived, they tried to downgrade me from the Toyota RAV4 I reserved online to a Mitsubishi, claiming the RAV4 was an “upgrade.” It wasn’t until I made it clear I’d take my business elsewhere that they reluctantly gave me the exact car I had booked. Got a chevy and very comfortable, made a huge difference.
The two guys were very very nice and kind! Because we were foreigners , we felt unfamiliar with everything. We encountered many difficulties during the car rental process and went there many times, but they were always patient and helping us to figure things out! Finally, we successfully rented the car we liked. It was a very pleasant experience.
Just rented a car from this location and Syed was able to substantially upgrade me for not much more. Very pleased. Would recommend 👌
