Vehicle was in great condition and the checkout process was easy and fast. Don was a great help and very friendly!
The Good: The vehicle got me from A to B The Bad: Everything else They didn’t give me the vehicle I reserved and sent me on my way with a minivan. I had said that I would pick up the vehicle at 9am and return at 9pm, which they consider a 24 rental. However, I had an unforeseen change of plans, and needed an extra 10 hours, still falling in the 24 hour period.
