Car nice, lady behind the counter not friendly, seriously bored, and completely disinterested.
I am writing this review to warn other travelers about the treatment and direct retaliation I experienced at this Budget (Roanoke Regional Airport) location on one of the worst days of my life. BEWARE OF ELDER ABUSE. After spending 20 minutes driving in circles due to inaccurate facility directions, I reached the counter and told the agent of my difficulty. Instead of assisting, he threw his hand in the air and shouted, "Call Google, call WAZE, not my problem, not my job!" When I called out his hostile tone, he doubled down.... read more
I own a small business and I needed to rent a vehicle due to my personal vehicle was not big enough to accommodate my customers emergency. I rented from the Roanoke VA Airport location. I put my pickup for 7 am, the vehicle was still not ready, the lady at the counter was rude and the manager was even worse, EXTREMELY disrespectful. I called corporate, they did absolutely NOTHING to help. I had nothing, but problems and issues, the poor employees there even said how bad there boss was, lol you don't even want to know what th... read more

We went to pick up the SUV on 07/23 only to find out they didn’t have a 7-passenger vehicle available, so we had to take a 5-passenger vehicle, meaning we would have to drive two cars on our trip which was a major inconvenience. We picked up the SUV, which obviously had not been cleaned inside or out; it was filthy - it hadn’t been washed, nor wiped down, and things had been spilled in it. I was go... read more
