They had the lowest rental price for what I needed. It was so easy to pick and to drop off.
Very nice VW Atlas rental. Nice customer service. Another Budget billed me for a sensor 5 months after I returned their rental; hopefully that doesn’t happen here.
Use booking.com to reserve my car. Received my confirmation. Call the customer service number to ask what do I need to bring just my drivers license and debit or credit card. 4 hours later I drove 45min to pick my rental up and lady at desk says read the sign we are not doing same day rentals. Even though they had cars available I was told come back at 8am to rent a car. Definitely won't use to place again or making sure my friends and family stay away.
