Not sure why this place has such low rating. From start to finish after a week rental i got nothing but excellent service. Kate checked me in and was super professional and accommodating, Samuel checked me out and provided excellent service. Good people over at this location. I will be back for sure
Very terrible customer service. Don’t bother trying to call to reach someone because they never answer the phone. I tried calling for an hour straight but kept getting the call center. When I arrived - no one could be found at the front counter or the lobby. They don’t do thorough walkthrough's of the vehicles so be mindful and check for damage, maintenance, and tires before driving off.
My experience was awful. I set a reservation for a car, online on Thursday, June 12th. I receive an email the next day about upgrading my reservation and adding features, you know, like insurance, GPS, things of that matter. I call on Saturday, June 14th as soon as the place opens only for the person who answers the phone to tell me "oh, we were going to call you to try to talk you into cancelling your reservation because you placed it yesterday." I need the car and ended up having to go elsewhere.
Went in to pick up a car that we reserved online. The rep was on his cell phone for about 5 minutes (not exaggerating) before finally acknowledging us. They denied us saying that they don’t allow provisional licenses to rent. On their website it literally says they except temporary licenses. So what would be wrong with a full license? No idea! The man was also extremely condescending and pulled out his Maryland license which was identical to ours as if we idiots and didn’t know what a drivers license looked like. Words were ... read more
