Have you seen the Seinfeld episode where he tries to rent the car he reserved? "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation." Would go negative stars if I could, absolutely ridiculous. They require a history of utilities for 2 months straight, which is impossible to obtain if you lived in a RUBS community. Of course they don’t tell you any of this prior to booking through the app, ubered there and was left stranded. If their policies don’t change, they’re going to go out of business. I’m trying to give them money and they won’t take it from me!

I had a reservation to pick up a Budget truck today at 12:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, Alex, who said he was the manager, informed me that the truck had arrived, but someone had allegedly cut the gas line. The issue wasn’t that the truck had a problem—things happen. The issue was that no one bothered to contact me beforehand.
