Beware!!!! Their car was faulty. The maintenance light and oil icon lite up during our 10 hour drive interstate from up North to Downsouth. We realized the windshield wipers were also damaged. They told us to go into the local return center for a replacement. We decided not to use the replacement for the long drive home and returned it where we picked it up (Downsouth) two days early. Horrible customer service. On pickup I called and asked if I could come pick up my car earlier than 10AM pick up time. The lady answered the phone said yes no problem. So I get there at 9AM and she says no sorry not for prepaid, you need to wait until 10AM. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time but they are not competent enough to think about different reservation scenarios. This place wouldn't answer the phone and when I called customer service to speak with someone I was then put on hold for 45 mins. If you want a truck rental then I'd go somewhereels wherethe service is actually worth while. This place has terrible customer service.
