Terrible experience with both this location and Budget's rental management system. I reserved a cargo van 10 days in advance to ensure I had reliable transportation for my move-out day. On the day of the move, I took an Uber to the pickup location—only to be told by the employee that the system was offline and he couldn’t release the van. Last 3 rentals the vehicles were old, poorly maintained, high mileage. Rented a Suburban to drive from LA to Texas, one way. Tires were almost bald, didn’t know if the vehicle was gonna make it. You pay $500 for a vehicle, you expect something nice, not a pos with 60000 miles.
