Horrible service very slow 2 times in a row did not have my car available even though i checked in before arrivalthe women at the counter are very rude been renting cars from budget for over 20 years this is the worst experience HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We flew to Atlanta from Idaho, we reserved the vehicle online and instructed to just show our reservation at the budget kiosk outside on the parking lot to get it. When we got there they said we have to go back to the office to process it. In the office we were told they did not have our car, and all they had was stick shift (I don’t drive that).. we now we are seating and waiting for another vehicle with no stick shift to become available…! This was an awful experience. They gave us the choice to upgrade our car or wait for an hour and a half until they had a car available. The car we received was large and difficult to drive. It is sad that no one was even willing to help make this a more positive experience.

Although I had a 8:00 am confirmation the unprofessional agent said no cars would be available until 12 noon. The agent was more concerned with cleaning the ENTIRE desk and my card and license than helping me. She also wrote down my airline confirmation number but would not give me the paper she wrote it on after letting me know that I would have to wait four hours. Save your time and do not reserve with this Budget. They are unprofessional, no respect for customers time and have privacy concerns but they do keep a CLEAN des... read more
