Terrible service. I booked a car a month prior to my arrival. I received a text the week of the rental confirming the rental, I answered back and got the third confirmation from Budget. When I got to the airport I was told it was a 2 hour wait for a car that I had confirmed 3 times. I booked the Atlanta airport FOR THAT CAR. I waited for 3 hours and the poor desk agents could not provide me with an update or an alternative solutions. The absolute worst. Does not have the vehicle requested and advertised. Would not upgrade. Swiped my card 4 times even though I prepaid, and asked too many personal questions. Never again.
Nasty customer service rep sitting at the front desk. Asked for directions thinking someone who works at the airport would know. Instead they give bad information to send me in the wrong direction. Do better.
Horrible customer service at fast break counter. Rude, sarcastic and even insulting. Not renting here again.
