Came to the location with insurance information and because I used a debit card they charged me almost 30 daily for their coverage so now I'm out of a ton of money for a 2 days rental this is comical
The Budget at the airport is ridiculous. There was only one staff member that actually knew what he was doing and cared about his job. Even the manager was unprofessional. Will NEVER be renting from Budget at the Airport! Worst experience ever.
Booked a car reservation in advance. Arrived and was told there were no vehicles available. They could not tell me when a vehicle would be available. No alternatives or solutions were recommended. They offered to call me when a vehicle was available. I never received a phone call. Upon review of other Budget Rental Car Reviews at this location, it appears this is a common problem. I would recommend booking with an alternative company.
The front desk was very helpful. I prepaid for a car but when I got there, there were not any. She worked hard to look and find me one.
