Absolute trash service. We book 2 weeks a go. After our 2 hrs flight we had to stand in line on the counter for 2 hrs. Then she tells us that we have to wait 1.5 -2 additional hrs. I’ve never seen this kinda service. How does that even make sense????? All the extra money we pay to lose extra 4hrs??? NEVER Budget again. Its is a reminder to all of ya, RUN 🏃‍♂️ I’ll update this once I receive(if) the car. They might ruin that too.

I was able to book and pay for a rental car online but when I flew in, I was told they don't book long term rentals there. I attempted to call their headquarters and was put on hold and hung up on 3 times. The manager there was trying to help but at the end of the day was unable to. I had to get him to cancel the reservation but of course they were unable to refund my $7k+ right away. So I had to book at Hertz who had plenty of cars to rent last minute.
