The two ladies here were so weirdly rude. When we walked in, they just sort of ignored us and seemed offended that we were returning a vehicle. One women looked at me like I was insane when I asked a question. The parking lot is tiny so we had to park in the back and as we walked back to our car the other woman roughly stated that we weren't allowed back there. I had to explain twice that when we arrived there was no where to park in the front before she understood. Then she stared at us as we got into our car.
Be careful when returning your vehicle here, I was changed a $450 cleaning fee when the branch claimed they could smell smoke in a car I never smoked in.
Worst Car Rental,,, their system is BS, the lady was a manager there is the worst one. I advised you, don’t waste your time and money in the Car Rental. Poor service and lack of communication. The manager is Karen.
Absolute scam. Came to rent a moving truck for the day. Office closes at 1 pm. Waited in line until 9:30 am only to find out if the truck was not back by 1 we would be charged for another day. Makes no sense to spend almost $150 for the day and only be allowed 3 1/2 hours. Then I was charged a no show charge. Will never do business with budget again. They are a shady company with extremely poor business practices and I will make sure to tell as many people as I can that they are a rip off.
