My budget car rental location in Lynbrook is absolutely DEPLORABLE!!!! I was issued a rental on 10/03/2025. They must have dug this rental up from six (6) feet of MUD!!!! Now mind you this rental was, according to budget, a 2025 Mazda suv. The inside was DIRTY!! It had a smell that deserves its own bad review!!! The outside was very dirty. I want to share my appreciation and give a high score to Budget Rent-A-Car. I recently rented a Yukon Denali, and the experience was excellent. The ride was smooth, and the convenience of having E-ZPass already installed made traveling much easier. Since the car was a 2025 model, it had the latest modern technology that was both easy to understand and use. Always fast pick up and drop off. Just wish they would have more than 1 person working on busy days. They have the same person at the counter doing the cleaning on returned vehicles. Sometimes they literally have to leave the counter to clean a car for customer that is at the location to pick up their vehicle which significantly slows down the rental process.
I love renting from here good service and good cars
