Booked with Uber and was no told that I needed to provide insurance until I got there. There was already a judgmental energy when I only walked in to check-in. I was told that someone had called me to inform me of everything I needed before arrival, and that they’d left a voicemail, but I received no such correspondence. Budget was great! Easy pick up and very friendly staff! Drop off for a 5am flight, at 3:45am was awesome and they had a shuttle ready to get me to the airport with time to spare!
