This was one of the worst rental car experiences I’ve ever had. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told upon arrival that no cars were available, and I was never notified ahead of time. The staff was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful, making an already bad situation worse. Completely unacceptable service.
Wish there was a 0 star option. This location deserves negative stars. Horrible and worst customer service. The manager is rude and constantly hung up on me while asking me to hold. No accountability. Anyways, they have no cars in their fleet and this location MUST shutdown. I will be dealing with corporate and filing a FTC/BBB. In spite of making a reservation at this location for a rental, they called me 30 minutes before my planned reservation time and said they don't have any cars in a super rude manner. Worst location.
Amazing Service!! This Budget location was one of the best I've ever experienced. Mr. Sunil was so very helpful since day one. I booked and pre-paid for my rental 2 months in advance and called him once a week to ensure I would have a vehicle on the date expected. @Budget 1/5 Stars. Absolutely unacceptable experience and zero reliability from @Budget I arrived to collect my vehicle with a confirmed reservation (Confirmation #33218168US4) only to be told they had NO vehicle available. This was despite receiving zero communication or warning in advance. This operational failure completely wasted my time and caused major disruption to my travel plans.
