Absolutely unacceptable experience and zero reliability from @Budget I arrived to collect my vehicle with a confirmed reservation (Confirmation #33218168US4) only to be told they had NO vehicle available. This was despite receiving zero communication or warning in advance. This operational failure completely wasted my time and caused major disruption to my travel plans. I frequently Rent a car from this budget location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. On my recent booking, the owner allowed me to pick up the vehicle late without any extra charge. I highly recommend this location.

Sorry as it gets. Worst experience I’ve ever had quite honestly. Terrible customer service. Stranded with car late to work with multiple punctures in the tire the day after I picked it up. Then told to take the car to Tires Plus due to unavailability of a replacement car….?! With a flat?! Now sitting at Tires Plus for 2 hours+ missing more work…time and money wasted. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I reserved a 16 foot truck 2 weeks in advance to pickup on 9/13/25. Received several confirmation emails the week prior to reservation. On the morning of, I called to let them know I was on my way to pick up the truck and asked if I could add on a driver - the receptionist said no worries, you can do it when you get here. No more! I’ve rented from here a few times always. This time I drop off 45 mins later than my stated time. While I’ve never been charged in the past at other rentals, I would expect that taking the daily fee and dividing it by 24 or even 12 hours to find a penalty fee would be accurate. Nope. I was charged half a days rental for 45 mins. While it’s not about the money, it’s the principal and how this place does business. I prepaid for my vehicle in advance.
