Drop off office outside airport gates was closed when we arrived to return it. Found a hand-written sign to drop off at another location. We dropped vehicle there and took keys to the airport location but they did not process the return and now we are getting badgered with notices threatening legal action, our credit card has been charged with >$1,000 in additional fraudulent charges, and the agent at the airport office refused to help. The good: price, availability of a minivan, customer service from Ebony, vehicle cleaned and washed The not so good: tire was bald, location was shut down during our return window without notification (a sign hung on window indicating need to return to another location).

I would recommend working with Ebony. She was great, but as far as renting from this location or Budget, I would steer clear. The location is dirty and smells awful. The Subaru we ended up with had expired tags, (found this out after we were over 1000 miles from the rental location) and the brakes needed replaced. We didn't realize until we got into a mountain area that the brakes were as bad as they were. Budget did get us a rental van to replace it, but it took 2 calls on separate days to get everything figured out. Their ... read more

Gave us a car with 2 bald front tires one showing belts and brakes and or wheel bearings grinding and said they would have to charge me for a tow since wasnt willing to drive 4 hours roundtrip to nearest location to swap cars out.
