Very poor service. Had an online booking confirmed and also rang them before going to ensure the car was ready at the right location, booked an Uber to pick the car and the guy was very rude and refused the service as well mentioning he didn’t have any cars available
WE rented from this location in 2024. Mr. Mike is a honest businessman. The pretty lady that works there always provides service with a smile. In 2024, the final Budget invoice was incorrect. There was a balance on it that was incorrect. Mr. Mike encouraged me to reach out to corporate to get it resolved. I rented from this location again on 12/31/25. Michael made this renta experience a breeze, from pick up to return. The entire process was very professional and fast, unlike other Budget locations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
