I have had many experiences renting cars at this location. Each time Mr. Alshaibah made the experience flawless. I prefer to rent at this location in the Portland area.
Very smooth pickup but the drop off can be a bit more organized with dedicated return spaces. Nothing to complain about, the staff member helped me well. Recommended place to rent if you are in and around Hillsboro.
Worst experience of my life with a rental company. They will ask you if you want something and if you deny it they will slip it in anyways to sign. Read all documents you are signing very well and questions everything. Also if they don’t have the car you asked for don’t take the vehicle because if you accept another vehicle then it is you agreeing that it is ok for them to put you into something you didn’t want to start with. I set the delivery time for 6am. I'm still here outside the office waiting for someone to arrive to receive the car I rented. It's already 6:21am and no one has arrived. 01/02/2025.
The worst customer service I have seen. The guy at the counter has no patience and does not want to help out.
