Called the day before to ask if they accept debit cards. They say yes. Arrive day of and get told it is a 200 deposit AND a credit check to use a debit card. Wasted an entire morning and stranded us with hours left before the trip. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
I went there Tuesday morning to get my rental to go to Atlanta to see where the walmarts are at that I put in for a transfer. Budget rental never answer their phone. The call center answers. I book my reservation over the phone. Okay. Cool. I get up to the clerk and I am looking forward to pay with my debit card. Uh-oh. They check your credit score. Out of all the rental car places I've been to; they never ask to see your credit score or not being able to find it or telling you to pay with a credit bc of a bad credit. That i... read more
Would not recommend! Took over an hour to pickup and then was told they don’t have the van. Upgrade to a filthy car that needed oil and washer fluid was told to purchase oil and they will refund me at 11pm at night! They also got my name wrong and drop off date so my bill was over double that I reserved it for. Still waiting on a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks! Should have let the engine blow! Go elsewhere their customer service is ridiculous!
