Garbage customer service and the truck rental was awful. Go to Uhaul
Booked online through budget. Got to airport to pick up. They had no cars. The front desk agent refused to tell me her last name. I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I called to confirm they had the vehicle before I booked. They told me they had 3 in stock. What a joke.

I had a super seamless experience! I placed my reservation online and it was so easy. Picking up my vehicle took only 5 minutes! Very fast!! I also got an upgrade with no increase in price! Cool! They will be my go-to place from now on!
