Had 2 Budget location experiences. Night and day difference. The first time I came to this location I walked in the door 20 minutes before close with no reservation. The woman working got me into the last car available & took the time to explain the options, despite her shift ending & being held over by yours truly. The only issue was a tire that lost air, when brought to their attention it was immediately rectified. They also gave me the option of a different vehicle honoring the original price. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This location has been a living nightmare. This is my second time renting from this location and it will be my last! Not only Do they give you filthy vehicles they give you vehicles that are all dinged and scratched, the representative here is a complete nitwit and unresourceful not to mention unhelpful. TRASH! Don't rent from this franchise location.
Called ahead, and they said they had multiple cars. When we got there, they said they rented out the car already, and it they never had multiple cars.... then they won't help call other budget rental locations. So we ended up with Hertz.
Love Budget, but will never go back to this location because of the awful customer service.
