After having some difficulties, this location was able to accommodate so I could make the planned trip. Will use them again.
Good customer service
I'll start by saying that I prefer to address dissatisfaction with the team and rarely post negative reviews. However, in this case, the staff onsite didn't really seem to care about my experience. I booked the rental in advance for 7a and ended up not getting there until close to 8a. I was told that only an upgrade was available because 2 others had not brought the car back in time and I would have to pay for the upgrade because they're not able to waive the fee. Went to rent a van for a road trip to Florida in late July. When I got there the guy gave a van with maintenance light on. It turned out to be that it needed a oil change. The guy kept saying it was OK and its great on gas. He said if anything just exchang it at any budget. Why would take a van that needs a oil change to florida from Texas with my family of 8.Instead I went to DFW budget and exchanged prior to my trip.
