My experience with this car rental agency was disappointing. I needed a rental vehicle during because my personal car had a refrigerant leak and was in the shop for fifteen days. I recommend avoiding any car rental service that operates from a physical storefront. When I picked up the vehicle, it was noticeably dirty on the outside, a condition I couldn't fix due to time constraints related to my situation. We returned the car how we picked it up. The guy working here told us they would be charging us a $125 vacuum fee or to go down the street to vacuum a mess we did not make ourselves. My husband showed him video proof with time stamps of the walkthrough my husband did before driving off the lot. In the video you can see how there were crumbs and grass on the floor upon pickup. Horrible customer service. Had reserved a vehicle and called the location day before to confirm. When we showed up they did not have a car available for us. Called main customer service afterward and they were not helpful either. Do not recommend using
Do NOT rent from these people new owners are crooks I went to return my vehicle and the guy was already wanting to charge me for a few crumbs on floor, I went ahead and took it to vacuum. After finalizing everything final bill mailed I received my credit card statement reflecting a fee of $275! Called and spoke surja Maria who looked into charges and informed me it was due to a smell ? Why when I dropped it off and guy drove it the back did he not mention the “ smell ? Crooks
