DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. We arrived Wednesday July 23rd 10am. 2nd in line. One gentleman waiting 30minutes until the customer service lady decided to hand write his rental. We were told the computers were down. Then we we waited another 30minutes for to reboot before she decided to hand write our rental. Who knows how long the other guy in front of us waited. Terrible service. Counter attendant, the one with glasses, was rude to numerous customers ahead of me in line. When it came time for me to sign my agreement they told me I wasn’t getting the vehicle I reserved, a full size car. Instead they told me I wasn’t getting being given a small SUV, that as a tall person does not work for me. They did not care at all and were incredibly rude when I asked for a larger vehicle. Horrible experience. I will likely be pursuing a chargeback for a portion of my rental fees.
Crazy wait. Literally 100 people in line with 2 people working. Treat your employees better. Do better.
We had a really disappointing experience with Budget. After arriving and checking in, we were told our car would be ready shortly — but instead we had to wait in line for over 40 minutes just to finally get our vehicle. To make things worse, there were at least 60 people waiting behind us in line. The whole process was completely unorganized and frustrating.
