Always a long line
They only ever have one staff member and it can take up to an hour to get your car. What an embarrassment
Well we are at the 2 hour mark waiting in line to get our rental car, worst experience ever and still several guests back. We came straight off our flight without even stopping at baggage to get in line. Not sure what the solution is but I would never book with budget again! It’s almost longer than our flight from Florida!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Go with Avis, Hertz or Dollar. There is one lady working the counter on a Friday morning with 40 people in line waiting. I arrived at 10:10am with about 10 people in front of me. I’m still waiting in line with one person in front of me at 11am. I called Budget Customer Service Center and they told me it was on their employee to call in her manager and ask for more help. This is unacceptable. Booked a car. Attached my flight. Flight was delayed and landed at 1206am. I tried calling the local number listed on here to speak with a human at the desk to see if they stay knowing they have customers on the flight. What I got was an extremely rude 800# person who had no idea and couldn’t tell me if they do or don’t and that I’m “sol since your flight is delayed.” Sir, that’s why I’m trying to get in touch with the agents at the actual desk.
