Delayed Flight Arrival in Syracuse, NY… was supposed to get in at 11-something at night. Ended up getting in early the next morning. Multiple people from flight had car rentals from same Syracuse airport Budget rental and at least two called because no agents were present as promised via on website and on phone and on AI Chat… and all were told will need to wait until they open at 7am.
