I had a great experience renting this car. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pickup and return process was smooth and quick, which made everything stress-free. The car had no AC and sales man don’t believe me. Not good help their answer is to call the corporate office. I don’t understand what is their customer service then.
He was somewhere else on Friday morning. And 10:40 a.m. came. And the store is supposed to open at 8:00 a.m. And despite being late, he treated us rather rudely.
