Make sure you get the person at desk to provide a signature when agreeing on something. They didn’t have the vehicle I reserved 6 months prior and put me in another vehicle saying the price remained the same when I asked. A person at the desk had me sign papers before seeing actual total because I was going off “price was the same”. When they handed me the receipt I asked them why it was so much more? Avoid this specific Budget Car Rental. The guy behind the counter was just pure rude and didn't have any idea what he was doing.
Jesse and Cory are amazing representatives. Rapid City South Dakota airport. We were stranded and they found a way to help us out when they didn't have to. As a result, we are FANS. We will definitely be repeat customers. Fantastic customer service!
This was by far the best rental car experience we've ever had! Cory and Jessie were over and above with customer service! Bravo!
