I rented a car there this august. After two days my credit card i used was charged three times with almost 1300 dollars worth. They hacked my credit card and used it to pay for something.

These people were able to assist me quickly after another location left me stranded. They worked with me to ensure I was able to get into a vehicle and they were amazing. They were friendly and I could not be more grateful for them.

Good afternoon. I received poor service from the young woman who assisted me at the Rapid City airport; she was angry and completely unwilling to find a solution for me. I used to think this was a good company, but now I see how bad things are! She didn't help me at all, so I went with another rental company.

The cashier was super rude. We are from Europe so it’s not famous to have a credit card, but we have a debit one with plenty of money in it but still we were refused and this guy didn’t even tried to figure something out, he just tried to get us out of there super fast. Not recommending, not reliable at all!
