Sending out a great big THANK YOU to Janice and her Manager at Rapid City, SD. THEY SAVED THE DAY! Or, shall we say the week!!! We rented a car from Budget at Denver Airport. We woke up the next morning to a flat tire, put enough air to get to Discount Tire who we called and said if fixable they would patch for no charge. Discount was so busy it took a few hours for them to check the tire, when they did they found it had already been repaired and the patch was not worthy & did not hold. The tire was unfixable. Brandon was one of the nicest and most thoughtful guys ever. I was coming in for a funeral and got delayed but he opened back up when I got to the counter well after closing as he was walking out to leave. Service like that is unparalleled and I’ll always rent from y’all. Thank you!
