I made a reservation over a week in advance, and when I showed up to pick up the car, they didn’t even have it. When I asked what could be done, the response was basically “nothing,” except that the car was sitting at another location in Hollywood (45 min from here). That’s their idea of customer service, zero respect, zero accountability, and they even laugh in your face. What a complete scam. Don’t waste your time or money here. an african american woman working the desk at 5:30 pm was incredibly hostile & unprofessional. she asked why i would come in 30 mins before close.. then started commenting that i look too young to be married? like i just wanted to rent a vehicle and be on my way. i understand misery loves company but you really have to make this that uncomfortable? this lady also apparently thought i wasn’t thinking fast enough for her acting like im the biggest inconvenience to her. she said how do you come in here not knowing what car you ... read more
