They do not understand the term 'reservation.' I reserved a rental a month in advance, called the day before to confirm, and they said everything was good to go. The day of, they call to tell me they didn't have any car for me. I called the corporate number to find a car at a pickup location further away, successfully made the reservation, having to pay MORE, and then the new location wouldn't honor that reservation either.
Worst rental experience ever. Car not ready then brought one that oil needs changing. They should not be in business Use Enterprise across the street. Stay away from budget!
