One the worst place to rent car. I called the make sure , everything is okay to book a car . She told me me okay. I booked a uber and I went there to pick up the car. She told me my doesn’t work on their ATM cards. Coz I give them 2cards. She didn’t give me car. It was very hard to get ride to my place. I try many rides get back to my place. I called the taxi also and uber too. No one is there. One of the employee give me ride back to my place. Please don’t trust this place.
Worst place to book a rental car. Stop going this places. This is nightmare to book a car
Ricky who was working the desk was awesome. He handled the slightly irritated guests ahead of me with class and poise. When I hit the desk, he was still uplifting and in good spirits. This all happening at 1030pm. Thank you Ricky!
The only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review is because They (as well as the other local car rental companies) limit the milage to 100 mi a day the call them "free miles". So beware, you must pay .39 cents a mile for any mile after the "100 free miles a day. I can understand capping the milage but at 300-600. Not 100. Now I'll probably go buy a 15k gas saver car instead of renting a car with a 100 mile daily cap. Also there isn't a after hour drop box outside which has to be one of the dumbest or laziest things I've ever seen... read more
