I returned the rental car 20 minutes late from the agreed time of 6 PM yesterday, and I was charged for an extra day along with a late fee. I questioned why I was charged for both when it should have been one or the other, but the customer service representative just bluntly said it was the system's decision and that they couldn't do anything about it. I've never had a problem with this location. The woman that works at the desk is extremely nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this location.
