This review is specific to the Marlborough, MA location, Bobbi-Jo is one of the BEST rental car people I have ever dealt with! I have rented numerous times from this location, and Bobbi-Jo has been AMAZING, every single time I've needed her help, she's absolutely come through for me, going above and beyond. I can not recommend the Marlborough location, or thank Bobbi-Jo enough!
Budget’s frontline staff is using a flawed, overly restrictive interpretation of military rental policy. Budget corporate guidelines require agents to accept a military extension if the license is valid in the state where it was issued. The policy in Massachusetts is that the extension applies to all active-duty residents and does not mandate that you be stationed locally or traveling on official orders. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Reserved a car through Budget. I was told my license was flagged and I was on the do not rent list. After reaching out to Avis/Budget customer service I was told that I in fact wasn’t on the do not rent list they were unsure of why I was being given this information from the local office. Do NOT rent from this office. The customer service needs improvement.
I returned the rental car 20 minutes late from the agreed time of 6 PM yesterday, and I was charged for an extra day along with a late fee. I questioned why I was charged for both when it should have been one or the other, but the customer service representative just bluntly said it was the system's decision and that they couldn't do anything about it.
