Don’t know if it is a staffing issue but my flight landed at 12:15pm. Got my paperwork after ~30 minutes. Was told to go to empty space 1 and the car would be brought to me. It is now 1:39pm and I am back in line asking for an update. Guy in the lot said my car would be brought in “a few minutes”. He said they are short staffed and he is working his day off.
Horrible, horrible, horrible do not rent here! From start to finish a complete nightmare. There is absolutely no customer service should you have a problem and will be passed around and around before you get someone. I waited an hour to pick-up my rental and then experienced while driving the steering wheel heating up and very hot to the touch. So I made a reservation in west palm beach this morning using my Chase Visa Debit Card. It was $150 for one day!!!! Upon arrival to Westchester Airport there was a 2 hour line for the vehicle. When I was finally called, they told me they could not complete my reservation with a debit card even though they already accepted my prepaid payment with same card!!!!
