I had a positive experience with the rental team.They were helpful and did their best to provide me with an available vehicle when I arrived. Although I had originally booked a Kia Rio and was given an EV instead the staff explained the situation and worked with me as best they could. The process was straightforward and I appreciated their assistance and professionalism

Very bad service
I booked a Kia Rio and when I showed up ready to leave for my trip they gave me an EV and told me it was the only car they had available. I don’t know anything about EV’s and it won’t make it to my destination without stopping to charge it so I now have to somehow add at least an hour to my trip to charge the car and I told them all of this and they said there was nothing they could do. They gave me no notice that I’d be getting an EV so I didn’t have time to adjust my plans at all. I would not recommend using them.
Hello rented from this place on May 1, 2026 to May 11, 2026 on Priceline. I had rented an suv to go down to the outer banks. When I got there to pick it up they gave me a 2026 kia seltos now mind you I called and asked if they had my Nissan rogue an hour before picking it up they said yes. When I got to the Kia I was unable to fit into the small suv let alone all my stuff. I took the keys back in to get hopefully a bigger car, man was I wrong.
