Hello rented from this place on May 1, 2026 to May 11, 2026 on Priceline. I had rented an suv to go down to the outer banks. When I got there to pick it up they gave me a 2026 kia seltos now mind you I called and asked if they had my Nissan rogue an hour before picking it up they said yes. When I got to the Kia I was unable to fit into the small suv let alone all my stuff. I took the keys back in to get hopefully a bigger car, man was I wrong. Tierney was so helpful!! She made a terrible travel day end on a high note. Because of her, I will only be booking with Avis/Budget from now on. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciated it.
