Had 2 staff members help 1 group while i waited on line for 40 mins. Unnecessary and inefficient and a waste of my time
I would never rent from or return to this Budget again. Upon returning a car at 4:30 pm there was no attendant so went inside to find someone. A sign at budget referred to the Avis desk. The Avis staff said to drop keys into the drop box without mentioning that the box is checked the following morning. Hence the surprise extra day charge this morning. Extremely disappointed, we got stranded in Bunghamton yesterday when we had a flat tire. We had insurance and called for roadside assistance through budget. The guy showed up and said there is nothing he can do for us because there is no spare tire in the trunk. Not only we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with my 1 year old we had to pay for air multiple times, pay for ubers and a hotel on top of fixing the tire ourselves at a local shop.
