They did not give me base price as I was reserved for through Expedia. The lady at the pick up desk gave false information and now I’m stuck paying $77 more than I should have. DO NOT RENT THROUGH BUDGET/AVIS!
The car we rented was filthy and smelled like body odor. We found military separation paperwork in the glove box and I was asked to bring it back to the airport. We found prescription medicine in the console. We asked for some sort of compensation and all we got were auto-generated apologies. Never again. Very disappointed. We never had a problem with Budget before but now that they are Avis it has gone to crap.
Last minute decision to rent a vehicle for a weekend getaway with the whole family. Very easy to pickup, the staff was amazing and the rental was cheaper than other locations/brands.
