So I went to budget to rent a car. I've been going through them for the past few years. I rented cars 10+ times and I've always had a pleasant interaction and no problems with Allison and Bernadette. The new employee Teresa happened to charge my card an extra 83.08 for misc on top of 153.70. When I asked her why she said it was my doing and I did something wrong on my part then said I didn't have unlimited miles in which I did. First she tried charging me 246. The vehicle that we rented was very dirty with food crumbs left throughout the car, there were numerous reeses peanut butter wrappers scattered throughout the car, the headrest wasn't even on the driver seat, the car wasn't even washed, not only that but the customer service was horrible and unpleasant! Too bad Allison isn't there anymore. She was way more professional than the lady at the counter now!
