Treated me great.
The car was great, no issues. Our service when picking up however, was so very poor. If you're from CA, there is an older male gentleman who will talk crap the whole check in process, which is rude and unnecessary. Just went for vacation to see some of the parks there so the constant ear full about all the Californians moving there was uncomfortable. Also their hours are crummy due to the airport being extremely small. If youre flight is delayed and it's close to closing, do not expect to get your car that day.
The hours of the counter service don't match the flight arrivals. I spent an extra $30 on an Uber to the hotel, and then back again the next morning when they opened at 8:30 AM, because the service counter was closed when I arrived at 6:15 PM Wednesday. This made me 5 minutes late to my appointment at 9:00 on Thursday. Also, I was not allowed to use my husband's credit card, which I used to make the reservation, but didn't have in hand.
