I am a frequent business traveler and utilize AVIS Budget Cedar City UT routinely. The Customer service that I receive from Teresa is outstanding. She has always been very helpful. She listens intently and fits me with the right vehicle every time. She is courteous , professional and always has an infectious smile. It is always an absolute pleasure interacting with Teresa. Teresa was amazing and took care of an awful situation caused by Booking.com. I wish everyone was as friendly, courteous, and on top of things like she Was. The world would be a greater place to live.
I don’t usually leave reviews… but this one earned it. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to rent a car that doubles as a leftover snack buffet, look no further than Budget at the Cedar City airport. I picked up my rental and quickly realized I wasn’t the first customer… or even the second. There were literal food crumbs and mystery debris all over the back and cargo area. (Photos included because honestly, you have to see it to believe it.) It looked like the car skipped cleaning and went straight back into circulation.... read more
