The hours of the counter service don't match the flight arrivals. I spent an extra $30 on an Uber to the hotel, and then back again the next morning when they opened at 8:30 AM, because the service counter was closed when I arrived at 6:15 PM Wednesday. Easy and quick. Little costlier than other competitors.
I wonder why they are not open regular hours. Terminal gets many complaints about no cars to rent because nobody is there.
DON'T rent from here. Did a week rental, even returned early the night before using night drop. Dinged an extra hour because they chose not to check in the vehicle. And left no local contract info to call them about it. Then vehicle only matched seating capacity. Poor inventory limited choices for rental too. Agent cars about repeat customers vs full price paying customers. Vehicle was good though due to being brand new. Still had temp plates
