The woman at the Cedar City airport was extremely helpful and efficient. The car was a good fit for our trip. Two thumbs up!
The lead reason for this particular review is the manager Allison. I dealt directly with her on three separate occasions and on all three occasions her warmth and genuineness in addressing the needs of her clients is second to none. Professional, prompt, and patient is her standard and it sincerely was a pleasure to have that type of customer service in these times. Very courteousand went above to make sure I was able to rent the vehicle I had reserved.
It had been a good experience, from pick up ,the paper work, Allison,was very helpful with .
If you need a particular type of car or even one with current tags, don’t use the Avis/Budget at the Cedar City airport. What a disappointment.
