I picked up car in Seattle return to Port Angeles. Had a major billing issue when I extended my original plans. Manager Captain was fantastic in handling the situation. Avis/Budget was horrible . I rented through them on my R and R leave from Afghanistan . They charged me an extra $27 per day for being under 25 (there is a military clause saying i don't have to pay that) . They charged me twice , once before I received the car and again 2 weeks after i returned the car. With the time difference (2 weeks later I was back in Afghanistan) it took over 3 weeks of teeth pulling and numerous phone calls to get my money back. I would not recommend them at all , to much hassle .
i have rented from this company several times. Will, customer service rep, has always been helpful and accommodating. Rental is always ready, cars are clean and well maintained.
excellent service, clean cars, great deals! i have been using budget for 8 months every 3 weeks and i love them. The other 2 car rental companies cannot compete.
Without a doubt, the only place I will ever rent a car (in DFW) again. The owner bent over backwards to make my experience stress free and I can't explain how much that meant to me. 5 stars!
I do NOT recommend this car rental location. If you look at the agreement in the small print is the surprise that they only give you 100 free miles per day - after that they charge $0.30 per mile. They didn't tell me this when I picked up the car and I foolishly signed the contract without checking the details - from my travel experience, unlimited miles is the norm these days - even with Budget.
