I had a great experience with National. I would only use National now on. They accomodated all my requests, despite I had not used them before. quick with stellar customer service at the counter, isle, and the gate. I got free upgrade , discount and free day ( one two free after two continuous days of rental) for being an Emerald club member. Thanks National- You are the best!
I wasn't happy with their customer service. The people working there on 8/10/14 were rude. They were closing within 1/2 hour when I got there, and I got the impression that they just wanted to leave, and couldn't be bothered with me as a customer. I wouldn't rent from them again, regardless of price.
Placed an online reservation had a confirmation number for a 24 foot truck. Arrived an hour before my pickup time was told that the truck would be there any minute. Waited, after an hour was told that there were no trucks available. No apologies, they pointed out a part of the fine print that says they are not responsable if equipment is not available. Cost me $200 for a loading crew that did no work, because of no truck. Evan with a confirmed reservation they will not hold a truck for you. PLEASE RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Our family has rented several trucks from the young man at the South Blvd location and each time was a great experience. Fully informing us of all the options the company offered. I tell all my friends to rent from this location, I believe it is his own franchise for he is the only one I have seen or spoken to there. Very polite and helping. Highly recommended-Happy Customer
